Custom Userboxes

~Hello there! :P Thanks for taking the time to comment on my userpage. We seem to have several things in common, such as liking Qui-Gon and strongly disliking Mace Windu. :D
Besides the preformatted userboxes, the codes for which you could pinch from any userpage, the basic code for custom ones (or the one that I used) is this:
|{userbox|COLOR1|COLOR2|46px|TEXT HERE.}
You replace COLOR1 and COLOR2 with [codes]. The link will take you to a table of them if you scroll down the page. IMAGETITLE would, of course, be replaced by the name of an image, and TEXT HERE is where you add the caption. You could change the 46px to something else, but I always use that because I think it's the standard width.
One thing, though. Where I used one of the { or }, you have to put two: Template:Or. I used one here because otherwise it would show up on the page as a userbox.
Here's an example of the code for one that I did:
|{userbox|#000000|#ff0000|46px|This user wants to whack Darth Maul with a large wooden mallet.}
When you add the extra { and }, it looks like this:
| 46px | This user wants to whack Darth Maul with a large wooden mallet. |
If you create several of these, you can put them in a line one after another, but you'll have to put a |- on the lines between them.

Making Fun of Qui-Gon?! Edit

Okay I feel like I owe you an explanation. I know someone who loved Qui-Gon once, and it sort of embarrased them so to get out of it we just started joking about it. But you know, Qui-Gon teased people sometimes, so I'm sure he woudm't mind to much. As for why I've never fallen in love with a Star Wars character, it's because jedi are not allowed to fall in love! Hope that helped. Maybe I should remove the part where it said I make fun of him, so no one else gets mad at me. By the way, I saw one of the userboxes I had that you took, the one with the young Qui-Gon. Oh okay. I think I read the message wrong. Opps. Have you ever seen the "angry face" picture of Qui-Gon? Cracks me up. I agree, I'll never have as many userboxes as you (Runs away sobbing histerically). The coolest video game character... Edit
I saw your vote for Mister Stars Wars 2008.. I must disagree, Kyle Katarn is the koolest video game character.. And Qui-Gon is definitely in the top 10 most awesome Jedi of all time, with Galan Marek, Quinlan Vos, Kyle Katarn, Luke Skywalker, Bardan Jusik, and Obi-Wan Kenobi. --The Wolfe22 18:56, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

Re: Fan Fiction Edit

As for the fan fiction, I've written all kinds! I've got a couple of works in progress, one about HK-47, Bail Organa, and...Luke's hand!! That one's especially fun to write. I've also done some Qui, Obi, Ani, Ahsoka, and Tahl fics! Most of my stuff is posted on The Force.Net or the fan fic site I'm part of.
What about you? What kinds do you write?
