Utric Sandov was a Bothan spy working for the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War.
He had an appointment with Princess Leia Organa on Krant, when his base was taken by the Imperial Strike Force Alpha. He retreated to the island of Le'Roche where he finally met with Leia and told her about a holocron known as the Vor'Na'Tu.
