The V-6d mortar launcher was a support weapon manufactured by Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc.^[1] Used by the Galactic Empire's TIE pilots^[2] and Imperial commandos during a number of battlefronts throughout the Galactic Civil War,^[3] the mortar launcher was capable of firing volleys of mortars into enemy lines, with a capacity of 5 grenades. The grenades could be configured to explode on contact or on a timer.^[1]
