The V-6d mortar launcher was a support weapon manufactured by Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc.[1] Used by the Galactic Empire's TIE pilots[2] and Imperial commandos during a number of battlefronts throughout the Galactic Civil War,[3] the mortar launcher was capable of firing volleys of mortars into enemy lines, with a capacity of 5 grenades. The grenades could be configured to explode on contact or on a timer.[1]
