For other uses, see Valahari (disambiguation).

Valahari was a planet in the galaxy. Around the time of the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the planet achieved fame for its native starfighter aces and engineers.[1] Valahari shared its name with the Valahari flight harness, a type of flight harness that saw use during the Clone Wars as well as by the smuggler Corus Kapellim during the war between the First Order and the Resistance.[2]

Behind the scenes[]

Valahari was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in Rise of the Separatists, a 2019 supplement to Fantasy Flight Games' series of Star Wars Roleplaying products.[1] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, Valahari first appeared in the tenth issue of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars comic-book series, authored by Henry Gilroy and Steven Melching, illustrated by Brian Koschak, and published by Dark Horse Comics[3] on November 11, 2009.[4]
