Van Jahan Surgoth was a male Human stabman who was a crewmember of a nagak canoe that patrolled the waters of the Sea of Jarad, on the planet Tralus. Surgoth was a quiet man, with an expressionless appearance, and he was willing to spend hours teaching students of the ways of the stabmen.
