Vatri Kulan was a female Human who served in the Republic Army. During the Galactic War, she was stationed at the Galactic Republic's Outpost Cresh on the planet Hoth.[1]

Vatri appears in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, released by BioWare in 2011, as a Stims Vendor for Republic players on Hoth.[1] The Star Wars: The Old Republic Explorer's Guide, released alongside the game, identified her as "Vatri Kulan."
