Veghash was a common vegetable dish served on the side in cantinas. It was made of a soypro-based meat substitute, a shell of grain and choya, and seasoning, all mashed together. Some beings were reminded of the importance of meat after eating this dish. Vegeparsine was an even more elaborate version.
