Velcar Sector was in Oversector Outer. It was one of the sectors that comprised the Pentastar Alignment after the Battle of Endor. Planets in Velcar included Capza, Criton's Point, Bextar, and Entralla. The Velcar Sector possibly was the same as the Velcar Free Commerce Zone.
