Velrugha was a Hutt who owned many slaves and was served by Nimbanese. After a contingent of Nimbanese scouts discovered the planet Riileb, Velrugha's forces tried in vain to enslave the Riileb species. The Riileb banded together and turned back Velrugha's forces several times, until Velrugha gave up.
