Veltnor was the name of an Imperial convoy group, which carried basic supplies and military hardware bound for the Imperial task force orbiting Hoth. The convoy itself consisted of eight Mobquet Medium Transports, two Modular Conveyors and two Container Transports

Despite being escorted by the Strike-class medium cruiser Scythe and its TIE fighters, the convoy was completely destroyed by a Rebel Alliance attack shortly after the Battle of Hoth.
