Venaarian Cringe-Ale was a type of ale served at the Binary Bar on the planet Venaari. The ale was yellow in color and had a bitter taste. The human thief, Sienn Sconn, drank Venaarian Cringe-Ale at the Binary bar whilst planning how to steal a swoop bike displayed there. He considered the drink expensive and upon drinking the ale his eyes were forced closed by the bitterness, however he considered the drink the price he had to pay for previous wild nights.[1]

Venaarian Cringe-Ale first appeared in the story One of a kind which was written by Paul Danner and first published in Star Wars Adventure Journal 5 in 1995 and then later made available as a Star Wars Hyperspace article in 2004.
