Lord Vensell Picutorion was the head of House Picutorion in 12 ABY. He was presumably from Picutorion, and had been present at Leia Organa's Senatorial debut.

He came to Belsavis in 12 ABY in order to meet with Roganda Ismaren and Irek Ismaren about the Eye of Palpatine.
