The Vento system was a star system that was located within the Core Worlds region of the galaxy. The system contained the Vento system shipyards.
History
After the Krath won the battle of Coruscant, Ulic Qel-Droma ordered the administrator to call all fleets to those coordinates.
Behind the scenes
The Vento system was first mentioned in the second issue of |The Sith War story arc of the Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi series of comic books. The issue was published on September 19, 1995 and was written by Kevin J. Anderson and penciled by Dario Carrasco, Jr. Later, Vento system received an entry in The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia—a reference book published in December 9, 2008. The Essential Atlas—a reference book co-authored by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace and published on August 18, 2009—provided more information on the system, including a map placement.
