Veraul was a member of the Free Ryloth movement who died during their attempt to kill Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine. The movement's leader, Cham Syndulla, later included Veraul amongst a list of every movement member who had been lost in the assassination attempt shortly before the final attack on Palpatine, which was ultimately unsuccessful.[1]
