Vercupti of sgazza boleruueé was a unidentifiable dish served at the Jedi Temple. This dish originally brought Obi-Wan Kenobi to try Dex's Diner. It was made of insect meat, tubers, dough, and Dexter's secret ingredient, lubricating oil.
