Vibro-lances were powered melee weapons that vibrated rapidly upon impact, which dramatically increased the amount of damage delivered while minimizing the effort required by the wielder.^[1]

Among the wielders of these weapons were the Witches of Dathomir^[1] and Gamorrean guards, who used in addition to the more common Vibro-ax.

A Vibro-lance was used by Gamorrean Guard Thok in Jabba the Hutts palace on Tatooine. Another lance was given to a spacer by the Dathomirian witch Vhaunda.^[1]
