Victra Sinde was a female Human who worked for the Imperial Security Bureau during the early years of the Galactic Empire. At some point, Sinde was sent to spy on Senator Bail Organa in an attempt to find evidence that he was engaging in treasonous activities and she infiltrated Organa's personal security force in his palace on the planet Alderaan, under the alias "Alysa." However, she was unsuccessful at obtaining any hard evidence against Organa and in about 17 BBY, she was called away from her mission so that she could liase with the Hutt crime lord Darga Jiramma Mionne on the planet Cato Neimoidia. Darga had been supplying tibanna gas for use on the Empire's Sarlacc Project in return for slaves and Sinde traveled to the Hutt's palace with two clone troopers, to re-negotiate the Empire's deal with him.
