The Fromm Gang |
Vlix Oncard worked as head of security for the infamous Fromm Gang, reporting directly to Sise Fromm. He was a close friend and confidant of Tig Fromm, and was fiercly loyal to the Family. Vlix also served on the Trigon 1 before it was destroyed. Vlix was taken along with Sise and Tig Fromm when they were captured by Boba Fett and delivered to Jabba Desilijic Tiure.

Vlix is probably the rarest of all action figures ever commercially released. He was only released by the Brazilian distributor of Kenner toys, Glasslite. The character's last name was revealed in an article about the Droids cartoons by Rich Handley and Abel Peña, which appeared in Polyhedron magazine. The name "Oncard" is an in-joke reference to the fact that the figure is rarest when found "on card."
