The Voidraker was the personal freighter of Jabba Desilijic Tiure in which he tracked Han Solo to Orleon. There, the freighter was infested with stone mites which devoured all the crew and passengers except Jabba himself. Jabba abandoned the ship in orbit and jetted over to the Millennium Falcon.
