Vontenn

Major Vontenn was the Galactic Empire's Liaison Officer for Sentientology studies. In this capacity, Vontenn was involved with the production of Obo Rin's Catalog of Intelligent Life in the Galaxy, Revised Edition, which was commissioned by Darth Vader himself.
