The Vorkaa system was a star system that was located within the Mid Rim's Graador sector.[1] It shared its name with the Vorkaan delegation,[2][3] which met with the New Republic Minister of State Mokka Falanthas[2] in 16 ABY.[4]

Behind the scenesEdit

The Vorkaa system was established in the Online Companion to[1] the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas,[5] which placed the system in grid square I-17.[1]

Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for Vorkaan delegation in relation to the Vorkaa system.
