Voss Parck's father was a native of Corulag who pursued a career in the navy, eventually captaining a capital ship. Whether this was in a local defense fleet or in the Judicial Forces is unknown. He was likely of age to participate in the Clone Wars, but it is not known if he did, though Voss Parck, his son, fought for the Galactic Republic. He likely attended the Corulag Academy, as his son did.

Both Parck's father and son were captains as well, with his son becoming an admiral and the commander of the Empire of the Hand. His nephew was a vice admiral in the Galactic Empire as well.
