Vriss was an admiral in the New Republic. During 19 ABY, he headed to Morishim with an Assault Frigate, the crew of which consisted primarily of Bagmims, Humans, and Povanarians. However, he did not make it in as the committee in charge of the Assault Frigate let the ship fall into disarray.
