The Vulkar shock stick was a basic stun baton, charged at a higher frequency to make it cause decent physical damage. It was carried primarily by members of the Black Vulkar gang on Taris around the time of the Jedi Civil War. It focused electrical pulses around the baton, thereby causing intense wounds.
