The Vultar Cataclysm was the destruction of the Vultar system.

In 4,250 BBY, following the Third Great Schism, Dark Jedi fled a civil war on Coruscant to Vultar and activated the Cosmic Turbine, accidentally destroying themselves and the entire Vultar system.

During the Conclave on Deneba in 3,997 BBY, Jedi Master Shayoto mentioned remembering the Vultar Cataclysm.
