Wasbers were a type of poisonous stinging insect from Tenupe. Their poison worked quickly on male Human sized prey, making them a viable assassin tool, though it lost its effectiveness after a certain period of time. The poison turned the immune system against the body making it almost impossible to stop it once it started. The fallen Jedi Knight Alema Rar intended to use the poison of a wasber against the Solos and Skywalkers in 40 ABY.
