Wayne Nichols

Wayne Nichols is an Australian comic book artist and commercial illustrator.
His latest comic projects include Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for Dark Horse Comics, Giant Size Hulk #1 and Exiles: Days of then and now for Marvel Comics. Wayne also recently wrapped work on the 4 issue mini-series Afterburn for Red 5 Comics, which is being adapted to film by Spiderman star Tobey Maguire and Hollywood producer Neal Moritz.
Previously, Wayne spent five years as a lead artist with noted gaming developer Vision Gaming. During his tenure, he created artwork for their best-selling gaming machines, Sharky, Magic Money and Knights Quest.
When he's not slaving away behind pencil, nib or wacom pen, Wayne spends his time composing frenetic electronic music on his PC, hanging with his friends and family and playing ball with his dogs, Mintie and Rusty.
Wayne was born upon the cusp of cancer and gemini on the 22nd of June, 1978. He currently resides in sunny Brisbane, Australia.
