Whistler (Ortolan)

Whistler was a male Ortolan who designed and built Whistler's Whirlpool Tapcafe. He designed the tapcafe around a whirlpool, hoping for an exciting view, while still maintaining a luxurious décor. The atmosphere, however, tended to lean towards cool and damp, and customers eventually stopped coming, forcing Whistler to shut down.
