Released before the end of the Clone Wars, Wild Space on 50 Credits a Day was a travel guide detailing various localities in the area of the galaxy known as Wild Space. The travel guide contained an entry on the planet Zeltros, the homeworld of the pleasure seeking Zeltrons species known for their constant partying.

DescriptionEdit

Wild Space on 50 Credits a Day was a travel guide and non-fiction reference literature released sometime prior to the completion of the Clone Wars,[1] which concluded in 19 BBY.[2] The travel guide focused on navigating the reader through Wild Space[1]—an area of the galaxy that remained partially unexplored and widely untamed[3]—while only spending fifty credits per day. Wild Space on 50 Credits a Day had an number of entries on a variety of locations in Wild Space, including an entry on the planet Zeltros, which garnered the moniker "party planet" because it was the homeworld of the Zeltrons, a sentient species known for their constant carefree, insouciant lifestyle. The entry on Zeltros noted that if the reader was not enjoying their time on Zeltros, then the Zeltrons will try to improve the reader's disposition.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Wild Space on 50 Credits a Day's only mention in Star Wars canon was in One of a Kind—an eighteen-page comic in Clone Wars Adventures: Volume 8 and published on June 20, 2007— where the travel guide is quoted multiple times over the course of the comic's story.
