Willel was a leading administrator in the Imperial Corps of Bioengineers in the early days of the Galactic Civil War. One of his most accomplished scientists was the female xenobiologist, Dusque Mistflier. Like many others, Willel failed to acknowledge Dusque's capabilities, preferring to foster greater attention on his male colleagues.
