William Morgan Sheppard (August 24, 1932) is a British actor who voiced the Heavy Gun Trooper and the Ruulian Strip Miner in Star Wars: Force Commander.

In 2011, he appeared in the sixth series of the new series of Doctor Who in the episode The Impossible Astronaut.
