Wimmels were fossorial mammals native to Ithor. They often appeared in bedtime stories.

Many Ithorian females were named after the species.

Behind the scenesEdit

Wimmels may be inspired by real-world moles, which inspired a famous character in the children's story Wind in the Willows.
