The Windchapped Ridge was a large frozen region in the Icefall Plains on Hoth. It was inhabited by Ice Cats and Tauntauns. During the Second Great Galactic War, the Sith Empire had a well fortified base in the ridge. The Talz also had a strong military presence, surrounding a base of their own.
