Wolbam was a Moff and member of the Moff Council who sided with Daala and the renegade Moff against Jagged Fel. Wolbam tried to annex Rimcee Station when rival Moff Garreter sent his forces in aid of Fel. Having learned Wolbam's actions against his territories, Garreter redirected his forces to protect Rimcee Station.
