The AgriCorps is a panel of Wookieepedians who review, monitor, and improve all aspects of Good Articles, including Good Article nominations. Their role in relation to Good Articles is similar to that of the Inquisitorius with Featured Articles, but they function as a separate body with more focused control over Good Article review. Additionally, some members of the Inquisitorius also serve in the AgriCorps.

Roles of the AgriCorps

The following are duties of the AgriCorps:

1. Review all Good article nominations and either A) approve or B) reject them in a vote, based on the quality and adherence to GA criteria of the article. All GA noms have to be approved by a quorum of at least three AgriCorps members, as part of the five total votes required, with no objections. AgriCorps members should include {{Acvote}} before their sigs to make vote counting easier. As well, Inquisitors' votes count toward the three required AgriCorps votes.
2. Remove failed nominations from the GA nomination page. The AgriCorps may eliminate nominations that are inactive with outstanding objections for a month from the GAN page, provided a vote of three AgriCorps members with less than two opposed is held on the nomination. Additionally, GANs can be closed prematurely if they fall below the required standard and cannot realistically be fixed, using the same process.
3. Strike unnecessary or irrelevant objections from the GA nomination page. The AgriCorps has the power to strike objections on the Good Article nomination page provided the objection has been addressed and the original objector has been absent for at least a week after an "objection addressed" comment is left on the GA nom page, but only with a quorum of at least three AgriCorps members approving the removal of the objection, and less than two opposed. Additionally, GA objections can be struck by the AgriCorps if they do not fall under one of the rules.
4. Review and possibly remove GA status from an article. The AgriCorps also has the ability to strip an article of GA status, but only with approval of at least three members and less than two opposed.
5. Review and constructively critique articles brought to them by user request. The AgriCorps will also accept article submissions of any kind, which will be reviewed for problems and mistakes. The submitter will then be notified with a list of problems needed to be changed.

I want to join the AgriCorps!

The membership of the AgriCorps, since its inception, is controlled by internal voting, similar to that of the Inquisitorius. However, if you would like to become a member of this august body, there are certain pointers we can provide:

1. Get involved – As with the Inquisitorius, the leadership of the AgriCorps keeps a keen eye on the Good Article nominations page, and knows who actively contributes to the GA process through writing and reviewing articles.
2. Get knowledgeable – Learning the GAN rules to the point that you could recite them by heart and paying close attention to Wookieepedia's Manual of Style and Layout Guide will make you stand out as a user who knows what they're doing.
3. Get proactive – Good Articles are a part of the site that deserves more attention than it gets. Letting AgriCorps members know that you want to help and asking them how shows the AgriCorps who really cares about the process.
