[10:28:27]			Jang -- There was an issue last meeting regarding how many people there needs to be for a meeting. IIRC, I think Tope wanted to discuss this during this meeting, but he won't be present. During Meeting 46, we had 4 people (Cav, Jang, Xd, Calendar) and we lacked absent notes. We should establish some sort of rule or a general note to help us better prepare for this in the future. [10:28:28]			...was set at 3 PM EST time, and we lagged until 4:30 PM figuring out what we should do. The lack of absent notes and waiting for others to show possibly caused the lag.
