Hey there! Your eagerness is appreciated, but you should familiarize yourself with what precisely a Good Article is. Read all of the instructions at the top of this page and check out some other good articles --- this article fails to meet a lot of the requirements. Additionally, blasters appear in almost every piece of Star Wars media ever published, so assembling complete "Appearances" and "Sources" lists (and gleaning information from them) would be at least a months-long endeavour. If you're interested in nominating articles, it's probably a good idea to start with smaller and less complicated subjects (with fewer appearances!) and learn the ropes. Your attitude is definitely good, but unfortunately, this article is not. Cheers! Menkooroo 02:57, February 25, 2011 (UTC)
- To add to that, it worked for me to start with Comprenhensive articles first, because they're smaller and easier to write. I suggest that you at least start with one source articles first, they're easier to deal with because all the information is in one place. If you're interested in blasters, it's better to just pick a single model and work with that. Check GSI-21D for an example, I wrote that about a week ago, and it should be fairly helpful as a guide to blaster articles. Holocron ^(Complain) 14:56, February 25, 2011 (UTC)
