This is Wookieepedia's page for reporting acts of vandalism in progress.

The purpose of this page is to provide a reporting function for Wookieepedians who notice acts of ongoing or repeated vandalism. For first-time vandals, consider putting one of the warning templates on the user's talk page before reporting them.

For those familiar with Wikipedia, this page and the corresponding talk page will serve as a simplified combination of the VIP and AIV pages.

Please add vandal reports under the appropriate heading, "Current IP alerts" or "Current RU alerts," in the following format:

#{{vandal|"IP or username (excluding quotes)"}} Followed by a description of the act(s) of vandalism, and your signature (by typing ~~~~).
#*Subsequent details should be added under the initial report in this form.

Always preview the page before submitting your report to avoid problems with formatting.

Listings on this page will be removed after one month.

Alternatively, you can go directly to a user page and tag it with {{vip|~~~~~|brief description}}. The user will be added to Category:Vandalism in progress and the dynamic section of this page.

Dynamic sectionEdit

This section lists users tagged with {{vip}}. Admins should check each user page listed here and either remove the template or (optionally) replace it with {{banned|duration}} if the user gets blocked for more than a month. The user will then be removed from the list.

The static section of this page should also be checked.
