WookieeProject New Sith Wars is a group of Wookieepedians dedicated to making sure that articles relating to the New Sith Wars are brought to Featured article, Good article, and comprehensive article quality. Our main goal is to ensure that Wookieepedia is a reliable and excellent source of information about any and all articles relating to the New Sith Wars, as well as developing a clarified and cohesive timeline of the component battles of its campaigns. Though we may not promote every article into an FA, GA, or CA, the ultimate goal is for those articles to be made as complete and comprehensive as possible. If you would like to contribute to the project, please feel free to take a look at what we've done or ask questions in the forum. If you decide that this is the place for you and that you'd like to help us out, then please sign your name using three tildes (~~~) at the bottom of the page under the section "Writers and editors".

WritersEdit
- Write balanced and without POV.
- Do not add any speculation to an article.
- Source all information in articles (infoboxes, succession boxes, paragraphs, etc.) with either reference tags or self-sourcing paragraphs. Please refer to Wookieepedia:Sourcing for complete instructions on how to add citations to articles.
- Write about whatever interests you, but try and help out with the current main focus as much as possible.
- Try and focus on one or two projects at a time, thereby making sure that not too many articles are added to the "Works in progress" section.
- If the Manual of Style and Layout Guide are prohibiting you from contributing your best, please post a new forum thread in our discussion area. The editors will help you fix any problems or concerns.
- Reference information by citing individual comic issues. Please do not cite using simply the story arc and/or TPB. If you are unable to source by individual issues, please contact a project editor and/or start a new forum thread in our discussion area, and you'll receive help as soon as possible.

- Make sure articles have flawless grammar and spelling.
- Fix articles to comply with the Manual of Style and Layout Guide.
- Fix templates and review for overlinking and underlinking.
- Make sure all information is sourced per our sourcing policy.
- Make sure all quotes and images are properly formatted, attributed, and sourced.
- Make sure that the "Appearances" and "Sources" sections of articles are complete.
General rules for both writers & editorsEdit
- Get to know your fellow project-members so that you can get a sense of the Project's attitude and each member's opinions on what should be merged, expanded, and so on. This will allow you to work better with the team, especially on major projects.
- Attempt to take part in discussions and debates relating to New Sith Wars articles, including merges, citations, other references, image issues, splits, cleanup, formatting, and expansion.
- Reduce trivial information, speculation, point of view, and anything else that violates Wookieepedia's article guidelines.
- Within human-reason, attempt to monitor all NSW articles for violations of anything listed in the above two parts.
- Make sure you cite all information that you add, that you follow Wookieepedia's guidelines in addition to style and layout, and follow the discussions and agreements established by both the Project and the wider site.
- Take part in bringing numerous articles to Good Article, Featured Article, and Comprehensive article status.
- For articles that cannot reach/have not yeat reached CA, GA, or FA status, still attempt to make these articles as complete as possible—remember, the goal of this project is to make Wookieepedia a readily reliable source for all things related to Jedi vs. Sith, the Darth Bane trilogy, and the Knight Errant comics and novel, no matter how large or small.
What not to doEdit
- Do not add unsourced information to any article.
- Do not engage in edit wars. These types of conflicts will only damage both your reputation and that of WP:NSW. If you require assistance and/or guidance in helping deal with something such as this, please contact your fellow Project-members for help.
- Do not add original research, speculation, point of view, vandalism, or patent nonsense.
