Eison Gynt was a Nautolan male Jedi Knight of the Old Republic, born to a family line of Jedi. In the years of his youth, he was considered the most talented Padawan in the Jedi Order, and was taken as an apprentice by Master Barel Ovair, a secret spy for the Sith Empire. During a mission to Yavin 4 to explore the tomb of the Sith Lord Naga Sadow, Ovair abandoned Gynt. Ovair reported Gynt's death to the Senate on Coruscant, but Gynt was actually still alive, possessed by the spirit of Sadow. Under Sadow's control, Gynt resurfaced on Coruscant several years later and was slain by Ovair in open combat. Ovair's Imperial allegiance and complicity in Gynt's death were not revealed until years later, when Jedi historian Gnost-Dural researched the events of the mission to Yavin 4 and Gynt's reappearance. Barel Ovair was a prestigious Human male Jedi Master of the Old Republic. He was the scion of a respected line of Jedi Knights who were all secretly spies working for the Emperor of the Sith Empire. Ovair took Eison Gynt, a highly skilled Nautolan Padawan and a fourth-generation Jedi, as his apprentice, but abandoned him during a mission to the tomb of the Sith Lord Naga Sadow on Yavin 4. When Ovair returned to Coruscant alone weeks afterward, he claimed that Gynt had been killed. However, Gynt resurfaced on Coruscant years later, possessed by Sadow's spirit and determined to kill Ovair. Ovair defeated Gynt in combat, slaying him, and was lauded as a hero for his triumph. It was not until many years later that the Jedi historian Gnost-Dural connected Ovair and his family line to the Sith Emperor. (Read more...) |
Duel on Coruscant (Inter–Sith Wars Period)(Taken to GA by Darth Trayus on May 3, 2010) 
Around seventy-five years before the beginning of the Great Galactic War, a lightsaber duel occurred on the Galactic Republic's capital world of Coruscant. The duel was fought between Jedi Master Barel Ovair and his former apprentice, the Nautolan Eison Gynt. After being abandoned by Ovair years before on Yavin 4, Gynt had become possessed by the spirit of the long-dead Dark Lord of the Sith Naga Sadow. Sadow sought to kill Ovair, who was in fact an agent of the reformed Sith Empire and was operating within the Republic as an infiltrator in preparation for the Sith's future invasion of the Republic. The possessed Gynt attacked Ovair on Coruscant but was defeated in the ensuing duel. In killing his former apprentice, Ovair also fulfilled a directive handed down to him by the Sith Emperor—to neutralize the spirits of past Sith in order to avoid complications when the Empire's invasion commenced. The Voss were a sentient humanoid species native to the planet of the same name, in the Voss system of the Allied Tion sector of the Outer Rim Territories. Their capital city was Voss-Ka, a fortified settlement atop a mountain. Their totalitarian society was defended by commandos and ruled by Force-wielding mystics, who served as seers and healers and whom the other members of the species considered infallible. The Voss population was small, vastly outnumbered by their homeworld's other native group, the Gormak—a species who saw the Voss as an aberration to be eliminated. For centuries, the Voss fended off the assaults of the Gormak. Following the Treaty of Coruscant in 3653 BBY, which ended the Great Galactic War and started the Cold War, off-worlders discovered the planet Voss by chance, becoming known to both the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. The Empire attempted to conquer the planet, so the Republic moved in to defend the world from Imperial assault. The Voss Mystics, forewarned by their gift of prophecy, revealed themselves and were able to fend off both occupation forces. The Gormak were sentient humanoids native to the planet Voss, a world in the Voss system of the Allied Tion sector in the Outer Rim Territories. They were the more populous of their homeworld's two native sentient species—and they were extremely hostile toward the other, a species known as the Voss. The Gormak were equally hostile toward off-worlders, whom they viewed as allies of the Voss. The Gormak possessed an innate comprehension of technology, although they did not develop flight capability prior to contact with off-worlders. When the planet Voss was discovered by non-natives shortly after the end of the Great Galactic War in 3653 BBY, the Sith Empire attempted to conquer the world, which the Sith thought was only populated by the Gormak. The attempt failed due to the intervention of the Voss species, and the planet remained independent. Embassies were established by the Empire and the Galactic Republic to curry favor with the Voss alone, an oversight that angered the Gormak. A Human female Jedi was a member of the Jedi Order during the time of the Great Galactic War, which raged from 3681 BBY to 3653 BBY. She battled numerous Sith while supporting the Galactic Republic in the war against the Sith Empire. At the height of the conflict, the Sith Lord Darth Malgus led a surprise attack on the planet Alderaan, crushing Republic defenses with a massive invasion force. The female Jedi joined the Republic Army's special forces unit Havoc Squad in leading a counterattack against the Sith. As the invasion force moved through the Alderaanian forests, Havoc Squad launched an ambush and engaged Darth Malgus directly in combat. Despite the element of surprise, the Republic forces took many casualties and were almost overwhelmed by the superior number of the Sith force before the female Jedi joined the battle. While the Republic forces regained their momentum, she attacked Darth Malgus, displaying her prowess with her double-bladed lightsaber. Shortly after the Sith Empire's return to known space in 3681 BBY, Imperial forces launched an attack on the Galactic Republic's holdings in Sluis sector in one of the earliest battles of the Great Galactic War. The attack was part of the Sith Emperor's strategy to secure the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories early in his war against the Republic. The Imperial Navy led the assault, which was focused primarily on the Republic shipyards in the sector. Sith starfighters engaged the shipyard's defenses and ultimately destroyed the orbital station with little resistance from the Republic Military, as the galactic government had been caught off-guard by the swiftness of the Sith's incursion upon the galaxy. In the early days of the Great Galactic War, the Galactic Republic suffered several successive losses to the newly-discovered Sith Empire in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories. After the Republic Navy's defeat in the Tingel Arm and several other defense failures across the Rim, the Galactic Senate and the Jedi High Council called for an emergency congressional session to organize the Republic Military's defense of the galaxy. The session was inconclusive, as the delegates attempting to select the military's priorities were unable to agree, with many declaring that they were unwilling to participate if their worlds were not properly defended. The Republic's diplomatic allies, who would have otherwise contributed their military forces to the greater war effort, refused to commit their resources to the fight against the Sith. Ultimately, the inability of the Senate to come to a consensus allowed the Sith time to regroup and prepare for what would become a twenty-eight year conflict—one that saw the Republic politically crippled and militarily defeated. Fekk was a Sullustan pirate who served under Captain Jet Nebula aboard the starship Auriga Fire. The ship originally worked for the Republic, but eventually the crew became more inclined to answer the Hutt Cartel. During the Cold War, when the Auriga Fire intercepted the starship Cinzia, Fekk was among the crew members who joined the Rodian Shinqo in mutiny in hopes of taking the Cinzia for themselves. Holding Nebula at blasterpoint, Shinqo ordered Fekk and fellow Sullustan Gelss to prepare for action, but the Cinzia suddenly exploded. In the confusion, Nebula's droid grabbed Shinqo's blaster and pointed it at the Rodian, who yielded. With the ship back under Nebula's control, the crew found a navicomp and a nest that produced hex droids—an apprehensive type of droid created by Lema Xandret—amidst the Cinzia's wreckage. In 3671 BBY, during the Great Galactic War between the Old Republic and resurgent Sith Empire, the Seswenna sector in the Outer Rim Territories was seized by Sith forces. This military operation finalized the Imperial conquest of the Outer Rim and allowed for the Sith Emperor to initiate plans for an attack on the Mid Rim, specifically the Republic-allied world of Bothawui. Darth Drear was a male Sith Lord who served the Sith Empire around 4645 BBY. He founded a Sith academy on the planet Odacer-Faustin and worked his students to death as they labored in the construction of the academy. Beneath the academy library, Drear built a temple, where he practiced Sith alchemy and searched for a pathway to immortality. He developed an elixir to fulfill his goal, effectively creating a disease that turned all those infected into zombies, knowledge he recorded into a holocron. Before Drear could successfully implement the final stage of his project, however, he succumbed to the effects of the disease and died. (Read more...) |

Traan was a Human male who served as a Master in the Sith Order under the banner of the reconstituted Sith Empire. In 3645 BBY, Traan was serving as an instructor at the Sith academy on the frozen planet of Odacer-Faustin under the direction of the Sith Lord Darth Scabrous. That year, one of Lord Scabrous's alchemical experiments resulted in the creation of a virus that killed living flesh and reanimated the deceased. When an infected student escaped Scabrous's tower and began to spread the disease, Traan and the academy's other Masters sensed a disturbance in the Force and decided to suspend normal instruction until the issue passed. Traan informed the students of the choice during a short convocation, but the decision ultimately did little good—the disease quickly claimed the lives of the entirety of the student body as well as those of the academy's leaders. Darth Vich(Taken to GA by Darth Trayus on March 11, 2011) Darth Vich was a male who served as a Lord in the reconstituted Sith Empire around 3681 BBY. Vich ascended to the position at a young age, and was still considered young when the Empire revealed itself to the greater galaxy and initiated a massive war with the Galactic Republic. Shortly after the beginning of the conflict, Darth Vich discovered the planet Rattatak and its warlike inhabitants. He took hundreds of Rattataki tribes from the world and transformed them into his personal army, which he later attempted to use in an effort to take power in the Empire. The insurrection ultimately failed, and the majority of Vich's Rattataki forces were either killed or enslaved. (Read more...) |

Val was a Human female who lived during the Great Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Val was the sister of Natala Yooms, the wife of Zeerid Korr, and the mother of Arra Yooms. Although she lived with her husband and daughter on the Mid Rim world of Vulta, Val's time with Korr was limited, as he served as a commando and pilot for the Republic's Special Forces during the war. At some point prior to the Battle of Alderaan, Val became plagued with dizzy spells but still elected to take Arra to visit Korr during his planetside leave. While driving to meet her husband, Val suffered an episode and swerved into another airspeeder. The accident killed Val and crippled Arra, leaving Korr as a widower caring for a disabled daughter. In 3653 BBY, a Sith Imperial force led by Sith Lord Darth Malgus launched an attack on the Jedi Temple on the capital planet Coruscant. Chancellor's Service Medal(Taken to GA by Kilson on June 11, 2011) The Chancellor's Service Medal was a prestigious medal awarded by the Galactic Republic for impressive feats in war. General Garza received the Chancellor's Service Medal for her actions during the Great Galactic War against the resurgent Sith Empire. Millennia later, during the Clone Wars, Clone Captain ARC-77—nicknamed Fordo—received the medal for his role in the Battle of Hypori in 22 BBY. However, Fordo refused the honor, instead having the Chancellor's Service Medal posthumously awarded to clone trooper CT-43/002, who had died in the Battle of Muunilinst of that same year. A trooper serving the Galactic Republic was aboard a space station orbiting the planet Korriban in 3681 BBY. The trooper, along with two Jedi and a corporal, helped escort a freighter captain who had been captured for smuggling Sith artifacts. When the forces of the resurgent Sith Empire arrived in the system, sparking the Great Galactic War, the Republic trooper helped defend the space station against attacking Sith troopers and Sith war droids, but was killed in an explosion. In the year 3681 BBY, the Rimma Trade Route was blockaded by the Sith Empire in an attempt to strangle the resources of the Galactic Republic. The action was one of the earliest conflicts of the Great Galactic War, and occurred shortly after the Empire's return to the known galaxy. As part of the Sith Emperor's plan to secure the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories, the Rimma super-hyperroute was locked down, which resulted in further Republic losses and interior political turmoil. Vindican was a male Pureblood Sith who served the Sith Empire in the early days of the Great Galactic War. In 3681 BBY, the Sith Master, along with his apprentice, Malgus, joined an armada of Imperial battlecruisers to retake the planet Korriban from the Galactic Republic and the Jedi. After they engaged the small Republic force over Korriban, the Sith Master and Malgus boarded a shuttle, docked with the Republic's space station orbiting Korriban, and attacked two Jedi defenders—a Zabrak Master and his Human apprentice. The Jedi Master incapacitated his Sith counterpart, but Malgus soon killed the Zabrak Jedi before he murdered his injured Master. (Read more...) |

A skirmish was fought in the Yinta Lake spaceport on the planet Vulta in 3653 BBY, near the end of the Great Galactic War. Attempting to protect some engspice that he had to transport to the galactic capital planet Coruscant, the smuggler Zeerid Korr partnered with rogue Jedi Knight Aryn Leneer to defend his cargo from a team of bounty hunters led by the mercenary Vrath Xizor, who tried to steal the engspice for the Hutt Cartel. A short skirmish ensued that ended with Korr and Leneer escaping with the spice. Xizor subsequently looked for another way to pilfer the engspice from Korr. (Read more...) |

A shuttle was used by the Sith Lord Darth Malgus during, and soon after, the Great Galactic War. Malgus used the shuttle to leave the planet Alderaan following a battle there. In the year 3653 BBY, shortly after the Sith sacked the Republic capital of Coruscant, he used it again to transport him around the Imperial-occupied planet. A Human female worked as a nurse at a medical facility on the galactic capital planet Coruscant during the Great Galactic War. She was present when Darth Malgus, a Sith Lord who had taken part in the Sacking of Coruscant—a Sith attack on the planet—arrived at the medcenter shortly after the battle in search of his Twi'lek lover, Eleena Daru, who was in the facility at the time. Kao Cen Darach was a Zabrak male Master of the Jedi Order during the years preceding the Great Galactic War in 3681 BBY. That year, Darach and his Padawan, Satele Shan, were present on a space station in orbit around the Sith homeworld of Korriban when the Sith Empire, which had been believed destroyed for centuries, launched an assault to retake the planet. Darach was ultimately killed in battle with the Sith Lord Vindican and his apprentice, Malgus. Devastation of Manaan(Taken to GA by Darth Trayus on October 21, 2011) The devastation of the planet Manaan was an act carried out by the Sith Empire during the Great Galactic War, sometime between 3681 BBY and 3653 BBY. After centuries of hiding in sectors of space unexplored by the Galactic Republic, the Sith returned to the known galaxy and initiated their crusade against the Republic's member worlds and other planets. In their campaign for dominance, the Empire traveled to the water world of Manaan, a planet known for its staunch devotion to neutrality during periods of war. In 3681 BBY, the reconstituted Sith Empire returned to the known galaxy from relative exile and seized the Minos Cluster in the Outer Rim Territories. The operation was one of the earliest conflicts of the Empire's Great Galactic War against the Galactic Republic, performed during the Sith's initial blitz against vital enemy holdings. The loss of the Minos Cluster and the high volume of resources it contained was a significant blow to the Republic, leading to intense political infighting and additional losses in the twenty-eight-year war. The Battle of Ord Ibanna was a naval conflict between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic during the Great Galactic War. During their campaign to seize the Outer Rim Territories from the Republic, the Sith targeted the Brema sector in a concentrated effort to secure the region. The Imperial Armada and the Republic Navy eventually met in the sector over the world of Ord Ibanna, and the Empire's fleet took heavy losses during the ensuing battle. After the Imperial force's Sith commander was killed by Republic fire, tactical advisor Rycus Kilran assumed command of the fleet and led it to victory over the Republic forces. (Read more...) |

A Human male merchant tended a warehouse located on the planet Vulta that contained medical supplies. In the year 3653 BBY, the man, who was a former nurse, sold smuggler Zeerid Korr a hoverchair and a course on how to run it. Korr—who gave the hoverchair to his seven-year-old crippled daughter, Arra Yooms—paid the seller 87,000 credits with a bearer card. (Read more...) |

After the Sith Empire's return to the known galaxy during the Great Galactic War, Imperial representatives from the Ministry of Intelligence brokered a treaty with the powerful Hutt Cartel. The agreement stipulated that, as the Empire grew in power and territory over the course of the Great Galactic War and the subsequent Cold War, the Hutts would be allowed to maintain their sovereignty and neutrality, provided neither they nor any inferior clans or subsidiaries worked to further the interests of the Galactic Republic—the Empire's primary nemesis in the wars. The treaty benefited both parties until around 3643 BBY, when three Hutt families violated its terms and worked alongside Republic researchers on the planet Quesh to manufacture adrenal stimulants. A male individual was the husband of Queen Ressa of the planet Drezzi. Drezzi was conquered prior to the year 3954 BBY by the resurgent Sith Empire, and he was executed. In gratitude to the Sith Lord Darth Nyriss for sparing her and her children's lives, Ressa gave Nyriss a holoprojection as a gift. Denal-zon was a Zabrak male police officer with the Coruscant Security Force who attained the rank of captain by the time of the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire. In 3641 BBY, he was the investigating officer of a theft of computer chips belonging to Senator Doli-bur Barc. Nidaljo was a Human male police officer with the Coruscant Security Force who eventually attained the rank of sergeant. During the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, he was placed in command of the CSF's Special Tactical Unit, which was composed of police officers and Republic soldiers. The unit's goal was to fight violent gangs such as Black Sun and even the odds for the overwhelmed police forces. On one occasion, Nidaljo and his team—along with a Jedi Knight—were involved in an assault in the Black Sun Territory. (Read more...) |

Winborn was a Human male police officer with the Coruscant Security Force during the Great Galactic War and Cold War era. Living on Coruscant, he eventually attained the police rank of captain but also served as the Coruscant Security Chief. In 3641 BBY, Coruscant Senator and government leader, Vanara Kayl, ordered Winborn to oust the Migrant Merchants' Guild criminal gang from Coruscant's Old Galactic Market sector. During the fighting Winborn was made aware of a terrorist plot by the Guild to disable the skylanes around the Senate Building which would have killed hundreds. Ozurist was a male Lethan Twi'lek who lived on Coruscant during the Cold War. A chief engineer who was employed in The Works throughout much of the Great Galactic War and the Cold War, Ozurist developed a strong devotion to both his fellow biologicals and the machines he served. During the Cold War, Ozurist asked a Republic-allied individual for help saving one of the "great machines" from destruction by rogue droids known as "mobiles." (Read more...) |

Ria Deleru was a Nautolan female who lived during the Great Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. During the war, she immigrated to the capital world of the Republic, Coruscant, with her husband, Nik Deleru, but the two found life in the planet's Galactic City difficult. They were among the thousands of other alien refugees who occupied the Old Galactic Market sector in the aftermath of the Sacking of Coruscant at the end of the war, and like many of their contemporaries, the two fell into severe poverty. Around 3643 BBY, during the Cold War, Ria became fed up with her economic situation and Nik's jealous and obsessive behavior, and so chose to escape into a life as an erotic dancer with Hanera's Dance Troupe. She led Nik to believe that she had been captured by the violent crime organization known as the Migrant Merchants' Guild, and although he sent an emissary to retrieve her, she was able to convince the messenger that she had found a better life. A native of the settlement Espelar, he joined the Anchorhead Guard to defend the area from attack. When a Republic-allied individual offered to train the new recruits, Vastil accompanied the individual against the native Tusken Raiders in the area, and also to rescue a group of militiamen from the militia's Manister Base. The base had been overrun by a hive of Geonosians, a species from the nearby planet Geonosis, and the recruits helped get the injured militia members to safety while individual held off the enemy. He quickly became a leader amongst the settlers, but remained aware of many of the events on the planet and the galaxy as a whole. Around 3641 BBY, during the Flesh Raider uprising on the planet Tython, a duel occurred in a cave in the Tythonian Gnarls between the Dark Jedi apprentice Callef and a Jedi apprentice. In an attempt to stop the Flesh Raider invasion of the Gnarls, the apprentice found Callef about to kill the Bith apprentice Unaw Aharo, and dueled the Dark Jedi in an attempt to stop him. During the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, the native Flesh Raiders of the planet Tython began to attack the world's other inhabitants, the Jedi Order and a group of Twi'lek Pilgrims, in greater numbers. Around 3641 BBY, as part of the Order's attempt to quell the natives' uprising, the apprentice of Jedi Master Orgus Din raided a weapons cache belonging to the Flesh Raiders in the Upper Hollows of the Tythos Ridge. Fighting through the Flesh Raider forces, the Padawan recovered the natives' blasters and rescued an astromech droid by the name of T7-O1 after defeating the native's warmaster. Upon returning to the Twi'lek settlement of Kalikori village, the Padawan gave the weapons to Ranna Tao'Ven, the daughter of the village's Matriarch, and the other Pilgrims so they could better defend themselves. Shortly after their arrival on Dromund Kaas, the people of the reborn Sith Empire launched a campaign to clear a wilderness region on the planet. The effort was conceived and organized by the founder and first leader of the Imperial Military, Odile Vaiken. Vaiken led a newly-formed army of Imperial revivalists into the jungle wilds of the untamed Dromund Kaas, carving into the habitats of native animal species and clearing the way for the Sith to gain a secure foothold on the world. When the project reached completion, the Imperials had cleared enough of the wilderness to allow for their leaders to begin building a new capital that would later come to be known as Kaas City. On one occasion, Mal was approached by a refugee Nautolan named Nik Deleru whose mate, Ria Deleru, had been taken by the Guild. Skirmish at the ancient shrine(Taken to GA by Cade Calrayn on August 3rd, 2012)  During the Flesh Raider uprising on the Deep Core world of Tython, the apprentice of Jedi Master Orgus Din was forced to fight a group of the native Flesh Raiders when ordered to investigate activity near the ruins of the ancient temple Kaleth. In an ancient shrine near the ruins, the Padawan was surprised to encounter Force-sensitive Flesh Raiders, and managed to defeat the hostile natives despite their advantage in numbers. The revelation that some of the natives were Force-sensitive, and were seemingly being trained by a holocron, was a prospect that the Jedi Order found alarming in light of the Flesh Raiders' increased attacks, and the Dark Jedi Bengel Morr would use these natives as Force Adepts in the coming battles. While a strike force of Jedi prepared to attack the natives' command base, which was protected by the shield generator, Din's Padawan ventured into the Ridge mountains to locate and shut down the shield. Skirmish in the Kalikori village fields(Taken to GA by Cade Calrayn on August 9th, 2012)  During the Flesh Raider uprising on the Deep Core world of Tython during the Cold War, the apprentice of Jedi Master Orgus Din was forced to defend Kalikori village's agricultural fields from an attack by Flesh Raider saboteurs. Around 3643 BBY, after a successful raid on a Flesh Raider shield generator in the Tythos Ridge mountains, the Padawan returned to the Twi'lek settlement of Kalikori village in search of news on Din, who was leading a strike force of Jedi in an attack upon the Flesh Raider command base. Just as the Padawan arrived, however, a team of Flesh Raiders broke through the village's lines and planted toxin mines in the Twi'leks' agricultural fields, poisoning their crops. At the request of the village's Matriarch Ranna Tao'Ven, the Padawan braved the poisonous clouds using the Force and disabled the mines, defeating the saboteurs and ensuring the village's safety. Kory was Humana female who lived during the era of the Cold War. She hailed from Sith space and was of low birth, but was inducted into the Sith Order due to her Force-sensitivity. Around 3643 BBY, she and five other Sith Acolytes were summoned to the Sith Academy on Korriban to participate in trials and evaluations and to ultimately become the apprentice of the Sith Lord Zash. Kory's trials were supervised by the vindictive Overseer Harkun, who first tasked the acolytes with journeying into the tomb of the ancient Dark Lord of the Sith Ajunta Pall, where they would find the hermit Sith Lord Spindrall and be judged by him. Kory completed the task and survived Spindrall's tests, but was judged by the elder Sith to be unworthy of training in the dark side of the Force. During the Flesh Raider uprising on Tython during the Cold War, the apprentice of Jedi Master Orgus Din assaulted a Flesh Raider camp in the Forsaken Den, a cave near the ruins of the temple-city Kaleth in an attempt to drive the natives out of the area. After a successful raid on the Flesh Raider command base by a Jedi strike force, the Jedi Order learned of a great number of Flesh Raider camps across the planet. The Order mobilized all available Jedi on the world to eliminate the natives' war camps in a series of simultaneous strikes, and Din's apprentice was sent to eliminate a camp in the cave system known as the Forsaken Den near Kaleth. There, the Padawan found a wounded Selkath Jedi named Laotah, who before his death warned the apprentice of the Force-sensitive Flesh Raiders within. Sumari served as Matriarch for several years until she fell ill around 3643 BBY, when the native Flesh Raiders began to attack both the Jedi and the villagers in greater numbers. Despite her sickness, Sumari directed her villagers while aiding the Order in investigating the causes of the natives' recent activities. While on the planet, Matare frequented the Masters' Retreat, an enclave near the Jedi Temple on Tython. Around the year 3643 BBY, the Flesh Raiders, a savage species native to Tython, began to attack Jedi and others in the Gnarls and other regions around the Jedi Temple, which led Matare to believe that the Jedi should no longer send their Padawans to the Gnarls for training. The Planet Prison was a superweapon developed by the Galactic Republic during the Cold War with the Sith Empire. Created by Doctor Nasan Godera and weaponized by a team of scientists under the leadership of Doctor Tarnis—in actuality a Sith Lord and the son of the notorious Darth Angral—the weapon was intended as a way to peacefully blockade a planet. When the project's prototype neared completion, Tarnis attempted to steal the device and use it on the Republic capital world of Coruscant through an elaborate ruse with the help of the Migrant Merchants' Guild and Black Sun criminal organizations. However, Tarnis was killed in the ruins of the Jedi Temple by a young Jedi Knight, and the device was destroyed before it could be fired. The technology would be later combined with several other weapons by Darth Angral into the ship-mounted Desolator superweapon, which the Sith Lord used to devastate the planet Uphrades, although the Jedi Knight defeated Angral aboard his warship above Tython just before the ship was destroyed by Republic fighters. Doorn was a Human male living on the planet Coruscant. He worked as a police officer for the Coruscant Security Force and was able to achieve the rank of lieutenant before the Great Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and Sith Empire. During the Cold War period that followed the war, Doorn was posted to the Black Sun Territory. The assignment was difficult, with constant street warfare against the Black Sun crime syndicate. Like many veteran cops, Doorn became extremely cynical, frustrated, and burned out. At one point he was assigned the task of securing plans for Coruscant's secret tunnels. Working with Agent Fieler Dan of the Republic Strategic Information Service, Doorn tracked the plans to Coruscant's Justicar territory. Vistis Garn was a male Rodian criminal living on the planet Coruscant during the Cold War. Garn worked primarily for the criminal group known as the Migrant Merchants' Guild, but he would work for any organization that offered the right price. When he was hired by the Black Sun criminal syndicate to steal the design files of the Planet Prison superweapon, the former apprentice of Jedi Master Orgus Din pursued Garn to a Guild warehouse and defeated the thief. Zeer was a Human male who worked for the criminal organization Black Sun during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. In 3643 BBY, Zeer was hired by the Sith Lord Tarnis to stage the kidnapping of his fake identity, Doctor "Eli Tarnis," from the Senate Building. Zeer's men served as distractions in the nearby spaceport while Tarnis fled to the territory of the paramilitary Justicars' Brigade, and the supposed kidnappers battled the Coruscant Security Force to a stalemate. Mallohe was a Human female lieutenant who served in the Imperial Army during the Cold War, which saw the Sith Empire pitted against the Galactic Republic. Around the year 3643 BBY, Mallohe had been stationed on the Sith capital planet of Dromund Kaas for six months, at which time she was assigned to prepare encoded reports on recent Cold War conflicts for a Sith Lord named Kras. Kras wanted Mallohe to send him an Imperial individual who had been part of the recent fighting so that he could interview the individual inside the Imperial Citadel's Sith Sanctum in Kaas City, the capital of Dromund Kaas. After she completed the reports, Lieutenant Mallohe was able to meet with an individual who had been involved in a attack made by the Imperial transport Black Talon on the Republic warship, Brentaal Star. Marcovic was a Human male who served the Sith Empire during the Cold War with the Galactic Republic. A lieutenant in the Imperial Military, Marcovic was assigned to a secret listening post on the planet Ord Mantell in the later years of the Cold War. During the early days of Darth Angral's campaign of vengeance for the death of his son where the Sith Lord seized control of Republic superweapons and turned them against the Republic, the Republic Strategic Information Service traced a holotransmission of Angral's back to Ord Mantell, but lost the signal beyond that point. In an attempt to gather information on Angral's plans, the Republic General Var Suthra sent a young Jedi Knight and the astromech droid T7-O1 on a mission to the base, where the two stormed the facility and hacked into their records. The fight resulted when members of the Black Sun criminal syndicate infiltrated the Senate Tower on Coruscant and kidnapped the Republic scientist Doctor Eli Tarnis. Tarnis, in actuality a Sith Lord, had hired the criminals to stage his kidnapping, and slipped away to the Justicars' Sector while the kidnappers drew the attention of Coruscant Security at the nearby spaceport. In an attempt to rescue the scientist, the former apprentice of Jedi Master Orgus Din and the astromech droid T7-O1 joined Jedi Padawan Kira Carsen in fighting and defeating the criminals. In the process, the trio learned Tarnis had been taken to Black Sun Territory, and they promptly launched a rescue mission. (Read more…) |

Lin was a Human female who lived with her husband, Bellis, on the planet Ord Mantell during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. During a war fought between the Republic and a group of separatists attempting to overthrow Ord Mantell's government, the couple had a house in Talloran village, which was the first village taken over by the separatists on the island of Avilatan. At that time, Bellis spied on separatist activities for the Republic, but, during the year 3643 BBY, he was killed by separatists while waiting to meet with a sergeant of the Republic Special Forces unit Havoc Squad in Talloran village. Lin learned of her husband's death when she encountered the Sergeant in her house while looking for Bellis's field box, a type of case in which Republic agents stored important information. Lin was greatly upset by her husband's death—blaming the Sergeant and the Republic—before giving the box to the Sergeant. (Read more…) |

Uphrades was a planet located in the Uphrades system of the Inner Rim. Originally a green and fertile agriworld during the years leading up to the Galactic War with the Sith Empire, Uphrades supplied the Republic capital planet of Coruscant with much of its food supplies. This earned it the nickname "Coruscant's Granary," until the agriworld was targeted by the Sith Lord Darth Angral during his campaign of vengeance in 3643 BBY. As part of his revenge against the Republic and the Jedi Order for the death of his son, Tarnis, Angral tested the Desolator superweapon on Uphrades and devastated its surface, killing millions and trapping the few hundred survivors on the planet by ionizing its atmosphere. Thanks to the efforts of Doctor Senessa and the crew of the Republic medical frigate Daybreaker, the survivors endured the several months it took for the ion field to dissipate, but the planet itself remained a desolate and barren world. Republic Law 44-12 was a law passed by the Senate of the Galactic Republic which outlawed the use of Rylothian slave collars in Republic space. It was in effect as early as the Cold War between the Republic and the Sith Empire, though laws against slavery were a part of the Republic ever since its formation after the fall of the Rakata Infinite Empire. Slave collars, and the chips that were used to make them, ensured the continued existence of slavery as they provided a means to control the individuals. Founded well before the Gank Massacres of 4800 BBY, the company specialized in the production of utility and astromech droids, but it also produced various models of rugged and utilitarian probe droids, protocol droids, mining droids, and battle droids. Duwani remained in business throughout conflicts such as the Jedi Civil War, the Dark Wars, and the Great Galactic War, and two of its products—the T3-series utility droid T3-M4 and the T7-series astromech droid T7-O1—played pivotal roles in galactic events during their lifetimes. Forced to order a newly–arrived apprentice into battle against the Flesh Raiders, Weller joined the fight to defend the training grounds after informing the Jedi Council of the situation, but he soon received a leg wound from a blaster–wielding Flesh Raider while rescuing several Padawans. She served as a police officer for the Coruscant Security Force, working as an undercover agent in the Black Sun Territory. Around 3643 BBY, Folaris discovered that the Black Sun criminal syndicate was planning to purge several members—informants and rival gang leaders—it suspected of undermining its operations. Folaris wanted access to that list so that the persons targeted could be warned. However, she also saw an opportunity in selling the list: if the names went public, the targeted persons would possibly be warned and Folaris would be able to supplement her income. Specializing in covert operations, the Blackstars undertook missions in hostile environments such as Hutta during the Cold War, and the squad was led by Sergeant Donbar until Larin Moxla reported her superior's corruption in 3643 BBY. Both Moxla and Donbar were dismissed from the army as a result, though the squad itself remained in service. The Uphrades system was a star system located in the Inner Rim that contained the fertile agriworld Uphrades. During the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, the system's 16 million inhabitants worked to supply the Republic capital of Coruscant with most of its food supplies, but an attack on Uphrades by the Sith Lord Darth Angral using the Desolator superweapon ravaged the planet's surface and left only a few hundred survivors. Those survivors were eventually rescued thanks to the efforts of the medical frigate Daybreaker, whose crew had purposely crashed their vessel into Uphrades' now heavily ionized atmosphere to reach them and bring aid, but Uphrades and its system remained barren and lifeless in the aftermath of Angral's assault. The special tactical unit was a police special forces team of the Coruscant Security Force (CSF) that operated during the era of the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Special tactical units were composed of CSF police officers and Republic soldiers, and were meant to give military grade tactics and weapons to the police as a bridge between them and the military. One particular unit's goal was to fight back against the Black Sun gang, and it was placed under the command of CSF Sergeant Nidaljo. In the aftermath of the planet Coruscant's sacking and brief occupation by the Empire, chaos and near anarchy overwhelmed the already exhausted and depleted ranks of the CSF. The newly formed Black Sun gang attained sufficient armament and strength to allow them to take over several sectors of Galactic City. Nidaljo's unit was sent in to fight back against the gang. Around 3643 BBY, Nidaljo's unit was involved in a raid on the Black Sun Headquarters, during which four police officers were wounded and seven killed. Two years later, Prudy was kidnapped by a group of criminals so they could blackmail Doc into delivering a shipment of valuable spice that he had failed to give them, and the gangsters burned her hospital to the ground before she was rescued. A servant of the Sith Lord Darth Angral, Ferav accompanied Angral to the Ord Mantell Orbital Station in 3643 BBY to interrogate the Jedi Padawan Kira Carsen as to the whereabouts of her master, the Jedi Knight who killed Angral's son Tarnis. When Angral's other retainers departed to the planet Corellia, Ferav remained behind with Carsen as his captive while waiting for a shuttle to the Imperial capital Dromund Kaas, and the Inquisitor was surprised when the Knight arrived on the space station not long afterwards. However, the squad's intelligence about the enemy numbers was incorrect, and Sergeant Fideltin Rusk was forced to lead his unit in a fight against a numerically superior opponent. During the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, the Hutt Suudaa Nem'ro became infected with a disease that slowly dissolved his biological tissue. Nem'ro was cured by the xenopathologist Archiban Kimble, who had studied the disease while in medical school and was able to develop a treatment using the chemicals ardanium, accellerite, and cyanogen silicate. In 3643 BBY, during the Sith Lord Darth Angral's personal war of vengeance against the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order for the death of his son, Tarnis, Angral's apprentice, Lord Praven, attacked the Shock Drum Facility on the planet Tatooine with the support of a complement of Imperial soldiers. The facility, which hosted the Republic research team working on the Shock Drum superweapon, was defended by a host of security droids and the Jedi Master Bela Kiwiiks, and Kiwiiks defeated many of the Imperial attackers before Praven engaged her in battle. The Sith pureblood defeated Kiwiiks in their duel and destroyed the remaining security droids before departing the compound with the Shock Drum prototype and an unconscious Kiwiiks as his prisoner. In 3643 BBY, near the end of the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, the undercover Sith Lord Tarnis arranged for the kidnapping of his Republic scientist alter ego Eli Tarnis by the Black Sun criminal syndicate. With Tarnis's inside information, the criminal Zeer and his team infiltrated the Senate Building on the Republic capital of Coruscant and retrieved the doctor in the heavily-guarded structure. While Zeer and his men served as a distraction by barricading themselves in Docking Bay 84 of the nearby Coruscant Spaceport, Tarnis then escaped to the territory of his allies in the paramilitary Justicars' Brigade and continued his plans to acquire the Planet Prison superweapon. In 3643 BBY, during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, the Jedi Master Orgus Din infiltrated the Oppressor, the warship of the Sith Lord Darth Angral, on the edges of the Alderaan system. Din intended to eliminate the Sith, who was waging war on the Republic as a result of his son, Tarnis's, death at the hands of Din's former apprentice, but the Jedi was captured by the starship's security forces and brought before Angral. The Sith Lord killed the Jedi, broadcasting the execution live on the HoloNet, and then jettisoned Din's body into space before departing the star system. However, Din planted a homing beacon on the Oppressor before his death, allowing the Republic to track the vessel to the Uphrades system. (Read more…) |

During the tense Cold War, he was ordered to retrieve the former Child Kira Carsen when the Emperor became aware of her continued existence. Posing as the Imperial Admiral Hacklin, Valis lured Carsen, now a Jedi Padawan, and her Master to a mining facility in the Unknown Regions, but his attempt to capture Carsen resulted in a duel that ended with his death. During the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, Grand Master Satele Shan of the Jedi Order led a Republic invasion fleet in an attack on the Imperial capital world of Dromund Kaas in 3641 BBY. The battle was actually a diversion for a more important mission: While the Republic Navy drew the planet's attention away from the surface, the Jedi Knight known as the Hero of Tython infiltrated the Imperial capital and confronted the Sith Emperor. The Republic Navy engaged the First Defense Fleet of the Imperial Navy in an unwinnable battle until the Grand Master received word that the Emperor had fallen to the Knight's blade, allowing the Republic fleet to withdraw to the Core Worlds. |
Raid on the Migrant Merchants' Guild warehouse(Taken to GA by Cade Calrayn on July 17, 2013) 
Near the end of the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, a Jedi Knight and the astromech droid T7-O1 raided a warehouse belonging to the Migrant Merchants' Guild, a criminal syndicate that controlled the Old Galactic Market region on the Republic capital of Coruscant, in order to recover stolen weaponry and the design files for the Planet Prison superweapon. The duo confronted the team of thieves who had stolen the weapons and files from the Republic Military, and the Jedi Knight defeated the criminals and their leader, the Rodian Vistis Garn. However, the Jedi and T7-O1 learned from Garn that the files had already been sent to the Black Sun criminal syndicate, and the pair were called back to the Senate Building in order to deal with another crisis. Murtag was a Human male private who fought in the Republic Military's 301st Infantry during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Stationed on the planet Hoth in a squad under the command of Sergeant Fideltin Rusk, Murtag joined his unit in recovering Imperial survey maps of the nearby Starship Graveyard region in order to aid several Jedi Knights in their covert mission on Hoth, but the squad was pursued by the Imperials and pinned down in a firefight in an abandoned outpost. Severely wounded by the exploding probe droids that the Imperials were using to attack his squad, Murtag was the only survivor of the fight other than Rusk, and the pair escaped from the Imperials with help from the Jedi known as the Hero of Tython. However, the Jedi Knight known as the Hero of Tython foiled his agent's attempts to start the ritual, and the Emperor used the Voice to battle the Jedi when the Knight confronted the Sith in the depths of the Dark Temple on Dromund Kaas—a battle that ended with the Voice's death. During the time of the Great Hyperspace War, the Sith Lord Vitiate developed a ritual of Sith magic that granted him immortality and immense strength in the Force. Using the strength of eight thousand Sith Lords to power the Sith magic, Vitiate was able to strip the Force itself from the planet Nathema at the expense of every living thing on the world, and as the Sith Emperor of the reconstituted Sith Empire, he later developed an artificial version of the ritual by combining it with Sith alchemy and cybernetics. With the Sith magic, the Emperor was able to grant immortality to his favored servants, and he intended to use the ritual on a galactic scale in order to consume all life in the galaxy and thereby ensure that he would never be defeated. However, the Jedi Knight known as the Hero of Tython prevented the Emperor's agents from bringing about the sacrifice of thousands of lives that was necessary to start the ritual. (Read more…) |

A male Voss was the husband of the Voss Tala-Reh and a member of his species' commandos before the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Native to the planet Voss, Tala-Reh's husband was sent by the Voss Mystic Valen-Da on a suicide mission to confront Jokull, the king of the hostile Gormak species. Knowing that he would meet his own death in the process, the commando challenged Jokull to a duel, and the Voss defeated twenty of the hundred Gormak warriors sent to kill him before he himself fell in battle. The penultimate event of his campaign of vengeance against the Republic and the Jedi Order for the death of his son, Tarnis, Angral's attack on the agriworld of Uphrades was a way to test his newly-constructed weapon before using it to attack Tython, the homeworld of the Jedi. Laeras-Wu, Hanar-Ye, and Shanatka-Lo taught the Sith Lord Fulminiss a healing ritual at the request of the Mystic Valen-Da, and though Fulminiss corrupted the ritual with the dark side of the Force, the three spirits remained confident in the wisdom of their fellow Mystic. The Alderaanian noble family House Alde maintained an embassy on the grounds of Castle Organa, the ancestral home of fellow Republic ally House of Organa on the planet Alderaan, during the Cold War between the Republic and the Sith Empire. In 3643 BBY, the Imperial spy Aleyna Hark infiltrated the embassy and tagged Count Alde with the targeting device for the Death Mark laser, a weapons satellite in orbit of Alderaan, and the Death Mark's orbital laser killed the Count while he was still inside the structure. In 3643 BBY, during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, a young Jedi Knight and the Padawan Kira Carsen embarked on a mission to the heart of the Justicars' Sector, the territory of the paramilitary Justicars' Brigade on the Republic capital planet of Coruscant. The Jedi's goal was to retrieve the Planet Prison, a Republic superweapon that had been stolen by the scientists on the project at the behest of their leader, Doctor Tarnis. However, the scientists were unaware that Tarnis was, in fact, a Sith Lord. The Sith had killed the research team and stolen the Planet Prison by the time the Knight and Carsen reached the Justicars' Tower, where they had traced an earlier transmission by Tarnis. The only surviving member of the team, a fatally wounded man named Jonkan, helped the two Jedi locate the Planet Prison in the depths of the Jedi Temple. The Jedi subsequently pursued Tarnis and defeated him in a duel before deactivating the weapon and thwarting the Sith's plan to use it against the Republic capital. (Read more…) |

Lassicar was a Human male who served as an Imperial Guard of the resurgent Sith Empire during the Great Galactic War, Cold War, and Galactic War. Born on the planet Begeren, Lassicar killed his own parents when he discovered they were part of a terrorist cell, and he was recruited into the Imperial Guard not long afterward. A legendary Guardsman with a fearsome reputation, Lassicar was sent by the Sith Emperor himself to stop the Jedi Knight known as the Hero of Tython from retrieving the plans for the Emperor's space station on the planet Hoth. However, Lassicar's attempts to trap the Jedi failed, and the Guardsman was killed along with his elite shock troopers in a battle with the Knight in the wreck of the Star of Coruscant superdreadnaught. Near the end of the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, Imperial Military forces under the command of Watcher One attacked a laboratory of the scientist Doctor Nasan Godera in the Republic Resettlement Zone on Taris. Watcher One, an operative of Imperial Intelligence, was searching for Godera and was successful in using the facility to triangulate Godera's location, though after he departed the Imperial soldiers were killed when a young Jedi Knight and a companion arrived at the lab in search of Godera. Watcher One deployed troopers and battle droids equipped with stealth field generators to take the Knight by surprise, but the Jedi emerged victorious and continued the race to locate Godera.(Read more…) |

In 3643 BBY, during the Sith Lord Darth Angral's campaign of vengeance against the Galactic Republic for the death of his son, Tarnis, a battle occurred in one of the brilliant Doctor Nasan Godera's laboratories on the planet Taris. A young Jedi Knight attacked the Imperial soldiers occupying the facility in an effort to locate Godera and extract him from Taris, but an elaborate ploy by Watcher One of Imperial Intelligence allowed the Imperial operative to escape with Godera while the Knight battled the remaining Imperials. While Watcher One ferried Godera away to his base, his operatives tried to deceive the Jedi into believing that Godera was dead, but Godera's droid assistant RE-M0 proved otherwise. Their ruse exposed, the Imperials attacked the Jedi Knight, and, after the battle, Watcher One made a deal with the victorious Jedi to secure time to interrogate Godera for his scientific knowledge. Operation Firestorm was a military operation orchestrated by the Sith Empire in 3641 BBY during the Battle of Corellia against the Galactic Republic. On the orders of the corrupted Jedi Master Tol Braga, who was working to ensure that the Sith Emperor received the necessary sacrifice of millions in order to start a dark ritual, teams of Sith and Imperial soldiers captured a number of buildings in the Axial Park district of Corellia's capital, Coronet City. In the headquarters of Gowix Corporation, the Korvalus Tower, and the Tyrelli Habitat, the Sith set up weapons known as Firestorm Turbolasers so they could turn Axial Park into a veritable inferno. However, the Jedi Knight known as the Hero of Tython used an Imperial assault shuttle to infiltrate the buildings and defeat the Sith before they could use the weapons, and the Jedi used modified proton torpedoes as explosive charges to ensure that the Turbolasers would not pose a further threat. Seake had been sent to wipe out the Republic colony, but the Jedi Knight learned of Seake's mission from the Imperial operative Watcher One as part of a bargain the agent made with the Jedi. The Knight was too late to evacuate the colony before Seake's arrival, but the Jedi and a companion were able to kill the assassin and the two jurgoran pets she used as war beasts, saving the colonists from execution. In 3643 BBY, during the Sith Lord Darth Angral's campaign of vengeance against the Galactic Republic for the death of his son, Tarnis, a young Jedi Knight raided the Imperial Intelligence Outpost in the depths of the ruined Transport Station 5 on the planet Taris. The Jedi Knight and a companion sought to rescue the Republic scientist Doctor Nasan Godera, who had been captured by Watcher One, an agent of Imperial Intelligence. The duo were too late to prevent Watcher One from using a truth serum on Godera to interrogate him about his work on superweapons, and Angral ordered the operative to capture the Jedi—the same Jedi who was responsible for Tarnis's death. During the Desolator crisis of 3643 BBY, the Sith Valis lured the Jedi Padawan Kira Carsen and her master to an abandoned mining facility in the Outer Rim, forcing a duel between them. Valis was a Child of the Emperor—an agent of the Sith Emperor's will—and, on the orders of his "father," sought to bring the former Child Carsen back into the fold. Believing that they were meeting Admiral Hacklin of the Sith Empire to negotiate his defection, Carsen and her Jedi Knight teacher traveled to the station, but instead found Valis, and he was killed in the fight that followed. As a result of the duel, Carsen revealed her past to both her master and the Jedi Council, giving the Jedi Order concrete evidence about the existence of the Children. (Read more…) |

She settled on the planet Tython with the rest of the Pilgrims, and, during a conflict with the native Flesh Raiders, Eseni and a number of villagers attempted to betray the Jedi Order to the Flesh Raiders' leader, the Dark Jedi Bengel Morr. Under threat from Morr, Eseni and several other Pilgrims tried to kill a young Padawan who had saved the village's crop fields from Flesh Raider sabotage, but the Jedi mind-tricked them and ended the standoff without violence. In 3643 BBY, during a conflict with Tython's native Flesh Raiders, Saylew's wife was killed in an attack on the village, and an enraged Saylew sought vengeance on the Jedi Order for not helping the villagers—going so far as to betray the Jedi to the Flesh Raiders' leader, the Dark Jedi Bengel Morr. When the Sith Lord Sadic acquired control of the Power Guard project in 3643 BBY, he manufactured Power Guards using refugees and wiped their minds, transforming them into mindless weapons for him to control. Mark I Power Guards were the weakest model of Power Guard but were equipped with advanced weapons and armor like later models. Several Mark I Power Guards were left to defend the Power Guard Cybernetics Lab after Sadic moved the program elsewhere, though they were no match for a young Jedi Knight who arrived not long afterward. The Sith Lord Sadic, who had seized control of the supersoldier-producing Power Guard Project, learned that a young Jedi Knight was searching for the project, so he relocated the program to another location—but left a small group of Imperial soldiers under Commander Graul to guard the facility, along with several Mark I Power Guards. The Imperial Listening Post was a secret installation located on an island off the coast of Avilatan, a far larger island on the planet Ord Mantell. Built and operated by the Sith Empire, the outpost was used during the Cold War with the Galactic Republic, and the intelligence gathered by the monitoring station was used to aid the Mantellian Separatist Movement in the Separatist War against the Republic-backed government of Ord Mantell. In 3643 BBY, a young Jedi Knight and the astromech droid T7-O1 attacked the base in order to access the outpost's communications records and trace the whereabouts of the Sith Lord Darth Angral.
