The worker caste was the largest caste among the Yuuzhan Vong. Despite their size, they were the lowest caste. Workers included Yuuzhan Vong born as workers, those who failed in other castes, the Shamed Ones, and slaves. Some had a little honor, but most were looked on in contempt by the warriors and the intendants.

Eventually, the workers joined the Shamed Ones in revolt against Supreme Overlord Shimrra and the Elite.
