A Wrist Vac was a Twi'leki weapon which was worn on the user's wrist. When triggered, the wrist vac releases a number of small, high-velocity deadly blades that spin at the target's vital areas.

Han Solo once ran into a bounty hunter who had one. It may have been related to a Sith lanvarok.
