Wuioe Opca was a male Devaronian who worked as a chef during the height of the Galactic Civil War. He was met by a spacer working for the Mandalorian bounty hunter Boba Fett place of work in the Labor Outpost on Yavin's fourth moon. The spacer was looking for information on Uff Wogo and Opca was more than happy to provide it. He informed the spacer that Uff had last been seen in Nashal on Talus and also let the spacer know that Uff was a heavy drinker, which led the spacer to look for him in cantinas.
