The X-Q2 systems patrol cruiser, also known as the Regulator, was a scout starship manufactured by Loronar Corporation.

The X-Q2 was one-hundred-and-fifty meters in length, and could transport up to fifteen troopers and five hundred metric tons of cargo. The vessel required a crew of nine to operate, with five of those onboard serving as gunners for the ship's laser cannons. As with the IPV-1 system patrol craft, the Regulator was not equipped with a hyperdrive.
