The Phantom Affair, Part 3 was the seventh issue in the Star Wars: X-Wing Rogue Squadron series of comics. It was released on April 1, 1996 by Dark Horse Comics.

A cloaking device isn't easy to come by—even a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.
