The X-wing Rogue Squadron: Apple Jacks Special Bonus Story is a short comic book story that recounts the Battle of Tandankin.
It was originally released in 1996 by Kellogg's as an Apple Jacks promotion. The comic was obtained through the mail, it was not included in Apple Jacks cereal boxes. It was republished by Dark Horse Comics in 1998 as an appendix to the X-wing Rogue Squadron: Battleground Tatooine trade paperback, and in 2006 as part of the Omnibus: X-wing Rogue Squadron Volume 2 collection.
