The XP-36 landspeeder was a repulsorlift vehicle, one of a series of landspeeder designs produced by SoroSuub.

It was a modification of the X-34 chassis, with new engines and improved performance. It was also equipped with a minimal armament, and like the later XP-38 design, it may have been designed for a military role.

Behind the scenesEdit

The XP-36 is only known to have existed as an unproduced toy prototype that was designed for the Kenner toy line in the mid-1980s. The name was obviously intended as a reference to the XP-38 mentioned in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, and, as with other toys produced at this time, the vehicle was probably intended to appear in the Star Wars: Droids TV series.
