Xad was a minor Falleen aristocrat. Unlike many of his species, Xad was curious about the wider galaxy. He considered himself on a pilgrimage to see the wonders of the galaxy and his natural curiosity got him into numerous difficult situations. Xad was naturally predatory with a sharp wit and a calculating cold-hearted mind. He possessed the qualities that Human civilizations considered noble and could be a good friend.

While on StarForge Station Xad responded to a call by Captain Dhas Vedij to join the crew of the Rebel privateer vessel Far Orbit.
