Chief Warrant Officer Xiong Wong—also known as "Chiefy" or "that miserable old geezer"—was the head of electronic countermeasures on the New Hope and a good friend of Jan Ors. He blackmailed Wires into slicing Kyle Katarn's holodisc for Ors.
