The Rebel Alliance maintained a base on the planet Xyquine II during the Galactic Civil War. Cracken's Flight Group was assigned to the base, which was under the authority of Watch Commander Gingal. When the Galactic Empire attacked the base, Pash Cracken developed the Cracken Twist and led his flight group in the destruction of the Star Destroyer Exsanguinator, and not a single Rebel transport was lost during the evacuation.
